  • At Cinder Projects, we believe in creating not only beautiful and functional products but also making conscious choices that have a positive impact on the planet. We utilise 100% recycled packaging, reducing waste and minimising our environmental footprint.

    As an organic material, leather naturally biodegrades in the ground to complete its lifecycle without a trace. We work with hides that come as a by-product of the meat and dairy industry, ensuring ethical sourcing. Additionally, we only use vegetable-tanned leather. This tanning process utilises natural dyes derived from plant-based tannins found in bark and leaves, ensuring an environmentally conscious approach.

    Our Italian vegetable-tanned leather is sourced from tanneries certified by the "Pelle al Vegetale" consortium. This certification guarantees the use of environmentally friendly practices.   • DELIVERY NOTES
    We currently only ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States.


    WITHIN AUSTRALIA
    A flat rate of AU$10 is applied for any domestic orders. Packages are sent via Sendle.
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.


    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    A flat rate of $25 is applied for any orders to the overseas countries listed above.
    Please note we are not responsible for any international shipping or import taxes.

  • To ensure the longevity and pristine condition of your handcrafted leather goods, it's important to follow a few care practices.

    – Protect them from excessive moisture and direct sunlight, as these can cause damage and fading.

    – Regularly clean your items with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.

    – Allow your leather goods to air dry naturally, avoiding heat sources.

    – Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents that may damage the leather

    – Use natural, mild leather cleaner and conditioner, applying it gently in circular motions

    – To prevent scratches, store them in the dust bag provided or wrap them in soft fabric when not in use

  • RETURNS

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 7 days from the day of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition in its original packaging.

    To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: we only accept refunds if the item was faulty on arrival.

    To make a return, contact us at hello@cinderprojects.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    We do not cover the cost of shipping to return items.

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Custom designed products are final and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Item description
