Founded in 2023 by designer Cindy Erlina, Cinder Projects is driven by a commitment to creating meticulously crafted leather goods. Each piece is crafted individually, ensuring close attention to detail and a personal touch.
With one maker in the studio, we craft each design from start to finish using vegetable-tanned leather. We embrace traditional leather-working techniques, favoring the artistry of hand tools over mass-produced manufacturing. From edge bevelling to skiving and stitching, every step is infused with passion and attention to detail.
